Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our garments and Jewellery are all on a made to order basis and specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any cancellation, exchange or returns.

However, for any products in requirement of possible alterations, we will be happy to assist you.

Our packaging is done just as carefully as the quality of products they contain. Our team ensures that all products are released at a perfect condition from our end.

However, if there’s a genuine defect /damage in the received product caused in transit, a replacement will be offered only if there’s an uncut unpacking video within 24 hours of receiving it. Video should contain sealed packet with printed shipment label proof and product returned should contain original tags and packaging in an unworn/unused state.

On receipt of the returned product, our team will conduct a quality check and proceed to ship the replacement or refund. Store No.6 reserves the right to Refuse a return if the product is found to be used and worn upon its arrival. Please note that the entire process of replacement or refund may take up to 12-15 days. Your cooperation and patience during the same will be highly valued.

Unless delivered goods are damaged, customers are required to bear two-way shipping costs for alteration of clothes.

In the event that a customer refuses to accept the item at the time of delivery, such refusal shall be subject to our established cancellation policy. Under such circumstances, no refund shall be provided to the customer.

In the event that an exchange or return is accepted under any circumstances, a cancellation fee shall be applicable in accordance with our applicable policies.

Refusal of Delivery & Partial COD Payment Policy

  1. Refusal at Delivery:
    If a customer refuses to accept an order at the time of delivery for any reason whatsoever, such refusal shall be treated as a cancellation initiated by the customer and will be governed strictly by our cancellation policy. Under such circumstances, no refund shall be issued.

  2. Partial COD Payments:
    Where a customer has paid any advance or partial Cash on Delivery (COD) amount and subsequently refuses to accept or pay the remaining balance at delivery, the order shall be considered a customer-initiated cancellation. In such cases, the partial COD amount already paid shall be non-refundable under all circumstances, and the order shall be processed as a refusal.

  3. Returns to Origin (RTO):
    Any order returned to origin due to customer-related reasons—including but not limited to incorrect or incomplete address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to respond to the courier—shall be classified as a customer-fault return.

  4. Shipping Liability:
    For all customer-fault returns, the customer is mandatorily responsible for the full cost of both forward and return shipping. If any refund is approved at our sole discretion, all applicable shipping and handling charges shall be compulsorily deducted from the refundable amount prior to processing. No exceptions shall be made.

  5. Exchange or Return Exceptions:
    If an exchange or return request is approved under special circumstances, a cancellation or processing fee shall apply in accordance with our prevailing policies.

Please Note:

We click our photos in natural light and without any filters or effects so that the product depicted on the website is closest to how it looks in reality. However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of an eye and thus slight colour difference (5-10%) seen in the product is unavoidable. Some products and colours also tend to look slightly brighter in photos as all screens and devices are calibrated differently and always highlight certain colours more.
