Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns.
The garments are made according to size chart and after discussion with our live agent.

However, if there’s a genuine defect /damage in the received product caused in transit, a replacement will be offered only if there’s an uncut unpacking video within 24 hours of receiving it. Video should contain sealed packet with printed shipment label proof and product returned should contain original tags and packaging in an unworn/unused state.
On receipt of the returned product, our team will conduct a quality check and proceed to ship the replacement. Store No.6 reserves the right to Refuse a return if the product is found to be used and worn upon its arrival. Please note that the entire process of replacement may take up to 12-15 days. Your cooperation and patience during the same will be highly valued.

However, there are times when the camera lens cannot match the perspective of an eye and thus slight colour difference (5-10%) seen in the product is unavoidable. For any order placed, all the necessary details for the same to be communicated to Store no.6 team within 2 months of order billing date, failing to which the amount paid (advance/full) for it will be forfeited.

Unclaimed Product
If a product is unclaimed ,or no shipping charges is provided for more than 30 days the product will go directly into no refund policy.
